celebrating our faith

On Sunday, April 24, there was great excitement as the second grade students at St. Patrick’s School made their First Communion.  Students spent several months learning and preparing for this special moment in their faith journey.  Dressed in their special attire and looking their best, they were filled with anticipation at this first opportunity to receive Jesus in the Eucharist.  They continue to be excited about this special sacrament as they now can participate fully in the Eucharist and receive Jesus each time they attend Mass.

The Kindergarteners at St. Patrick's love Kindergarten!

Here are a few of our favorite things. Pictured left to right:
Brooklyn -  I liked learning how to read and going swimming.
Stephanie - I liked going swimming and making crafts.
I liked the STEM project where we got to pretend to be squirrels.
I liked learning about worms and fish.
Wesley - Recess, PE, and Music are my favorite.
Abram - I like going to school and playing with the BeeBots.
Jonathan - I love everything at school!  I like the BeeBots too!

WHAT's new

Second graders, Kaydence Poeckes and Angel Robles, wait with anticipation to see if they have successfully programmed the Bee-bot.
